Seattle-based Workflow Labs has raised $1 million in fresh funding to supercharge its automation platform designed specifically for Amazon sellers. The investment aims to help e-commerce brands streamline operations, reach more customers, and manage their product catalogs effortlessly.

Launched in 2022, Workflow Labs has now secured a total of $3.2 million in funding. According to CEO Justin Leigh, this latest round was backed by strategic partners and seasoned industry leaders who believe in the power of proactive automation for catalog management.

With this new capital, the startup plans to scale its team, roll out new product features, and refine its automated solutions to better serve e-commerce businesses. The mission is simple but ambitious—eliminate repetitive tasks so sellers can focus on creativity and strategic growth.

“Our goal is to free humans from mundane work, allowing them to channel their efforts into creativity and strategic decision-making,” Leigh shared.

Currently operating with a lean team of 11 employees, Workflow Labs already manages Amazon catalogs for around 500 brands. However, Leigh revealed plans to rapidly scale that number to nearly 2,000 brands by the end of the year.

What sets Workflow Labs apart is its proactive monitoring system. According to Leigh, the platform is the only one that consistently tracks clients’ Amazon catalogs and fixes errors before they’re even detected.

“Our technology automates 84% of routine tasks. Each month, we update nearly 300,000 Amazon listings with an impressive average resolution time of just 2.2 days,” Leigh explained.

Leigh brings deep expertise in Amazon operations, having spent two and a half years as a product manager at the e-commerce giant. Before founding Workflow Labs, he built another successful startup, Ideoclick, which also focused on supporting Amazon sellers. Leigh led the Seattle-based company until stepping down as CEO in 2021.

With this latest funding, Workflow Labs is gearing up to redefine catalog management for Amazon sellers—making automation the new standard in e-commerce operations.
