CueZen, a Seattle-based healthtech startup, has raised $5 million to expand its AI-powered personalized health coaching platform. The round was led by Point72 Ventures, with support from Pack Ventures, Fortson VC, and Nextinfinity.

Founded in 2021, CueZen helps people stick to care plans and adopt healthier habits using AI and real-time data from wearable devices. The platform delivers personalized nudges by combining clinical and lifestyle data. It’s already being used by healthcare providers like Titan and Microport, as well as the Singapore government in its national wellness programs.

CEO Ankur Teredesai, who also co-founded KenSci (acquired by Tegria), leads the company alongside Sunil Shinde and Aloysius Lim. Shinde, a former executive at Harman and Aditi Technologies, said they launched CueZen during the pandemic to address a major gap in health tech.

“We saw a clear need to bring together fragmented data sources and turn them into actionable, personalized recommendations,” Shinde explained. “Millions of people have already used our platform, and the results show meaningful improvements in behavior and health.”

CueZen’s vision is to become a core part of the growing digital health stack. As more companies—like Apple and Fitbit—launch personalized coaching tools, CueZen is positioning itself as the foundational infrastructure that powers these services behind the scenes.

Tara Stokes, partner at Point72 Ventures, said the platform fills a critical gap in the digital health market. “CueZen’s technology has the potential to reshape how health data is used to drive outcomes across the industry,” she noted.

The company now has 22 employees and has raised a total of $12.2 million. With this new funding, CueZen plans to accelerate product development, grow its customer base, and deepen its AI capabilities.
